What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
The LOAFORCE1 is printed to order and individually manufactured upon confirmation of your purchase. As a custom-made product, the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB. Please review our size guide carefully before ordering — we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on sizing errors where the correct size was available at the time of purchase.
Should you receive a damaged, defective, or significantly non-conforming product, your statutory warranty rights (§§ 434 ff. BGB) remain fully intact. In that case, don't hesitate to reach out — we'll make it right.
When will I get my order?
All products at BLU3PRINTED are made to order — nothing is produced until your order is placed. As a 3D print manufacture, every piece is crafted individually, which means we require a production lead time of 6–8 weeks before your order is ready to ship.
Once production is complete, your order will be dispatched via DHL to the following regions:
- 🇩🇪 Germany — standard DHL delivery times apply (1–3 business days)
- 🇦🇹 Austria — standard DHL delivery times apply (3–5 business days)
You will receive a shipping confirmation including a DHL tracking number as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
Please note: The 6–8 week lead time begins from the date of your order confirmation, not from the date of payment processing. For Custom Inquiry orders, the lead time may begin once all design details have been finalized and confirmed.
Where are your products manufactured?
Every BLU3PRINT product is designed, 3D printed, fulfilled, and dispatched entirely in Berlin, Germany — from the first layer to the final package.
But local production is just the starting point. We're currently building something bigger.
We're in the process of establishing our own closed-loop recycling infrastructure — right here in Berlin. That means: we're already collecting plastic waste, our filament production equipment is on its way, and we're actively forging partnerships with local Berlin-based companies to process and repurpose that material into our own print filament. The goal is straightforward — what gets printed by us should, wherever possible, come from material that already existed.
We're not there yet. But we're building toward it deliberately, and we'd rather tell you where we're headed than overclaim where we stand.
