Returns & Right of Withdrawal

1. Made to Order — No Standard Returns
All BLU3PRINT products are manufactured individually upon receipt of your order. As custom-made goods produced to your personal specifications, they are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with
§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB.
All sales are therefore final once production has been confirmed.
Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order. We cannot accept returns or exchanges based on sizing errors where the correct size information was available at the time of purchase.
2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Standard Products)
Where applicable — i.e. for any product that does not qualify as a custom-made item — you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason, in accordance with §§ 312g, 355 ff. BGB.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day withdrawal period by means of a clear written declaration:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, though this is not mandatory. It is sufficient to send your notice before the 14-day period expires.
3. Consequences of Withdrawal
Upon valid withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, at no cost to you.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of return shipping.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.
4. Warranty Rights (Gewährleistung)
Regardless of whether a product is custom-made or standard, your statutory warranty rights remain fully intact in all cases. This applies in particular to:
- Products that arrive damaged or defective
- Products that differ significantly from what was ordered and confirmed
- Manufacturing defects discovered within the statutory warranty period (2 years, §§ 434 ff. BGB)
If you receive a damaged, defective, or non-conforming product, please contact us immediately at info@blu3printed.com. We will assess your claim and arrange repair, replacement, or reimbursement as appropriate.
5. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods manufactured to individual specification or clearly tailored to personal requirements (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB) — this applies to all standard BLU3PRINTED products
- Goods that deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be exceeded quickly
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery
